Meet Our Attorneys

Jonathan Birkman

Currently devotes his practice primarily to personal injury, foreclosure defense, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Birkman also provides diverse legal representation for corporate clients of Quraishi & Birkman, PL. Mr. Birkman is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Birkman received his B.S. degree in Business and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in 2004, and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2009. Mr. Birkman is actively engaged in his community and performs pro bono work on a regular basis.

Marsad Quraishi

A native South Floridian and a “double Gator,” having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in 2002 and the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2005.

Mr. Quraishi’s more than 15-years of legal experience have exposed him to myriad areas of the legal system, but none more fulfilling than his personal injury work, to which he now dedicates his practice full time. His prior experiences with insurance defense and product liability defense give Mr. Quraishi a unique advantage and perspective having worked for the very insurance companies from where compensation is generally sought in personal injury cases. Mr. Quraishi says that “[P]racticing law was always a job, but it wasn’t until I switched to the Plaintiff’s side of things that it became a passion.”

In all his endeavors, Marsad is blessed with the love and support of his wife, Aseel, and their son, Yazan. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, cooking, and enjoying the outdoor activities that South Florida has to offer.
